Your fare dropped. Get the difference back.

Fares often fall after you book. Unflown watches yours and gets the difference back as airline credit, then reminds you before it expires.

Invite-only while we open up.

  • No airline logins
  • Pay only when a claim succeeds
  • Free credit tracking
A United flight from SLC to SFO, booked at $585.17 and now $428.28: Unflown claimed the $156.89 difference as a credit, and sent a notification saying so.

Why Unflown

The difference is yours. Most people never ask for it.

When a fare drops after you book, most major US airlines will give you the difference as credit, if you ask. Hardly anyone checks again. And the credits people do get sit under codes they didn't save until they expire.

We ask for the difference, then make sure you spend it.

A United credit of $260.07, issued Feb 14, 2026 and expiring Feb 14, 2027. Today it has 115 days left; Unflown reminds you as the expiry date gets close: $260.07 United credit expires in 30 days. Book travel with it before Feb 14, 2027.

How claims work

With your permission, we act for you on the bookings you add, and only those. You can take it back any time.

Read exactly what you authorize

  • We say who we are: we tell the airline we're acting for the passenger on the booking.

  • No airline or hotel logins: claims use your confirmation number, name and date of birth.

  • Same flight, same booking. We ask the airline to keep your seat, and if it needs a cancel and rebook, we ask you first.

  • If an airline won't adjust it, we tell you, and where we can, show you how to claim it yourself.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Do you need my airline or hotel login?

Never. We work from the booking itself: your confirmation number, passenger names and dates of birth.

When do I pay?

Once the airline issues a credit Unflown claimed for you: 15% of that credit, and nothing if a claim doesn't succeed. Credits you add yourself are always free.

Do I get cash or a credit?

Usually a travel credit with the same airline, since that's how airlines return a fare difference on most tickets. It goes in your wallet with its code and expiry date, ready for your next trip.

Which flights can you claim on?

We claim on flights booked directly with United, American, Delta or Southwest, on fares that can be changed without a fee. Basic Economy, Southwest's Basic fares, award tickets and bookings made through travel sites or card portals can't be adjusted. You can add any other flight too: we watch its fare and tell you when it drops. The wallet tracks credits from any brand.

Will my seat change?

We ask for the same flight on the same booking and ask the airline to keep your seat. If an airline needs a cancel and rebook, we ask you first.

Can I add credits I already have?

Yes. Forward the airline's email or add one by hand, including hotel free nights and other award certificates.

Can I stop Unflown acting for me?

Yes, any time. Remove a booking to stop claims on it, or close your account to stop all of them. Anything already requested from an airline stays as it is.

Is Unflown a travel agency?

No. We don't sell tickets and we're not affiliated with any airline or hotel. Your booking stays between you and the airline, under its rules.

How do you keep my information safe?

Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the most sensitive details get an extra layer of encryption on top. We never ask for airline passwords, and you can close your account at any time.

Why is Unflown invite-only?

We're opening a few households at a time so every claim gets careful attention. Request an invite and we'll email you when there's a spot.

What do you do with my data?

We use your booking details to watch fares, make claims you've authorized and remind you about credits. We never sell your data or use it for ads. Read the privacy policy.
